Privacy Policy

We collect the bare minimum needed to reply to you. No tracking, no analytics, no resale to anyone. This page details exactly what happens with your data.

Your data is collected only when you voluntarily submit the Gameplan request form. The fields collected are:

• Your first / last name (or pseudonym)
• Your Instagram handle
• Your email
• Your audience size (bracket)
• Your niche
• An optional free-form message

The site places no tracking cookies, uses no analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar), no browser fingerprinting. A single technical cookie may be set automatically by Cloudflare (__cf_bm, 30 min) for bot detection. It does not enable any advertising profiling.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used solely to:

• Prepare and send your Monetization Gameplan by email.
• Continue the exchange if you wish (discovery call, proposal, onboarding).

No third-party marketing, no resale, no sharing for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a), evidenced by your voluntary submission of the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@dtpsystem.com.

6. Transfers Outside the European Union

Some sub-processors (Cloudflare, Google, Web3Forms) may process data outside the EU. These transfers are secured as follows:

• Cloudflare and Google are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, deemed adequate by the European Commission's implementing decision of July 10, 2023.
• Web3Forms transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Data Retention

• Requests with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.
• Clients (if a commercial relationship is established): duration of the relationship + 5 years after its end (accounting obligation, article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
• Cloudflare logs: duration set by Cloudflare (approximately 90 days for security logs).

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (articles 15 to 22) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data at any time:

• Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure: request deletion of your data.
• Restriction: temporarily suspend processing.
• Objection: refuse a specific processing activity.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, with no justification needed.

To exercise these rights, email contact@dtpsystem.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest. If you feel your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/en/plaintes.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) via Cloudflare. Form submissions travel encrypted. No user account is created on the site, and no password is stored.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated over time. The last update date appears at the bottom of this page. Substantial changes are communicated by email to people with whom contact has already been established.
